AI Selfi is an AI-powered image generation service that allows users to:
- Upload photos to train custom AI models (LoRA)
- Generate AI-powered portrait images
- Download and use generated images
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased upfront and consumed when using features such as model training and image generation. Credits do not expire and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create images of individuals without their consent
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. Generated images are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
7. Privacy and Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Uploaded photos are processed securely and can be deleted at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
